JOB DESCRIPTION :
ASSISTING IN ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Handling paperwork and documentation efficiently
- Organizing schedules and appointments
- Managing office supplies and inventory
SUPPORTING DAY TO DAY OFFICES TASK :
- Providing support to colleagues as needed
- Assisting in the coordination of meetings and events
- Ensuring smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities
PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Ensuring a positive and satisfying customer experience
