DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
**Mastering Workshop Management: Key Responsibilities**
– Ensure full utilization of workshop labor and resources to meet targets.
– Supervise workshop staff to ensure adherence to processes.
– Assist and train workshop staff as needed.
– Ensure technicians complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
– Prepare estimations for materials and manpower.
– Maintain employee schedules.
– Monitor loading and offloading of items.
– Repair mechanical machinery as necessary.
– Maintain and update daily performance reports for planning.
– Ensure adherence to safety instructions by all staff.
– Allocate overtime based on requirements.
– Organize jobs by priority.
– Create sample drawings to brief customers on products.
– Inspect product quality before delivery.
